By using Studio oe, the renter agrees to the following policies.
STUDIO OE POLICIES & AGREEMENTS
- Rental time includes setup, tear down, and cleaning.
- Rental time begins promptly at your scheduled time and ends at scheduled time, including clean up.
- Additional time will incur additional fees.
- Renter must not damage studio equipment or props. If damage occurs, renter agrees to pay for the damage within 30 days.
- Renter agrees to be respectful of others in the business center and keep noise at a minimum.
- Renter agrees not to use studio for illegal activities.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed.
- Renter agrees to return keys and fobs to lockbox.
