Trauma-informed counseling and teletherapy for Oregon and Washington residents
I have worked as a mental health counselor for almost 7 years and have experience helping clients with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal issues, adjustment to life transitions, grief and loss, racial identity, gender identity, spirituality, and general stress management. My background includes specific training in trauma-informed care, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), EMDR, and culturally-responsive therapy that acknowledges all aspects of a person's identity. At this time, I offer virtual counseling for Oregon and Washington residents with plans for in-person sessions in the future here in Oregon. I also offer a free phone consult for anyone who may be interested in working with me; this gives potential clients the opportunity to ask questions, to see if we're a good fit, or if I have any other resources or referrals who may be a better fit.
